About Our Kid’s Ministry At CFBC, we consistently share the Gospel with our children, trusting God to change their hearts so that they have a desire to live Christ-focused and Spirit-led lives. As we share the whole counsel of God in scripture, we seek to provide a solid Biblical foundation, encourage them in the development of their spiritual gifts and provide opportunities to share the Gospel with the larger community. Every lesson and activity planned will focus on revealing the greatness of God and His plan of redemption through Jesus Christ. Nursery Available to children birth-3 years old. Check-in is located in the nursery. All teachers and volunteers have been trained and background checked to ensure a safe and loving environment for all who attend. Children’s Church We love to have families stay together during worship, but we know that can be tricky. Children’s Church is available to children 3 years old through 1st Grade. Sign in downstairs at the KidMin wing entrance. Children will be dismissed after the first worship set and then can be picked up after the service or following Sunday School. Sunday School Sunday School begins after the morning service, and is located downstairs in the Seeds of Faith classrooms. Parents may check in their child after 11:05 AM at the entrance of the Kid’s Ministry wing. All Sunday School classes are dismissed at 12:15 PM. Check-in and Pick-up are at the entrance of the KidMin wing (east stairwell). All teachers and volunteers have been trained and background checked to ensure a safe and loving environment for all who attend. Awana Kids can actively engage in Scripture memory through our mid-week Awana ministry, which follows the school calendar. To register, please contact the church office. An evening at Awana Club runs from 6:20-8:00 PM. Other Activities Throughout the year we have opportunities for participation in Kid’s Choir, Warm Lake Camp, and other family events around the holidays.
